Sleep coach focuses on getting the best rest

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – In this day and age, it seems there are coaches for almost everything.

There are career coaches, life coaches and leadership coaches. It can be exhausting but there is good news, there is a sleep coach who wants to help you get the best rest.

Kelly O’Brien, a board-certified health and wellness coach specializing in sleep, was on Daybreak Tuesday.

She discussed what exactly a sleep coach does, how much sleep someone should get a night and whether that amount varies for any reason.
