Shooting sends one to hospital
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person was transported to the hospital after reportedly sustaining a gunshot wound to the head.
The shooting occurred just before 12:30 a.m.
The victim was transported to Methodist Hospital in stable condition.
According to police, the female victim was found in the 2300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Street. However, police say the victim was not shot at that location and police are unsure of where the shooting took place.
No further information about the victim’s condition is known at this time.
