Cool conditions to end the work week

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An active Wednesday night gave way to a chilly and windy Thursday across the region.

Thursday night:

A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8 PM for the northern half of Indiana. Wind gusts up to 50 mph are still possible. A Freeze Warning is also in place from 2 AM to 9 AM Friday morning for all of central Indiana.

A few isolated showers are possible, and as colder air settles in, rain will transition to flurries.

Lows dip into the low 30s as your Thursday night will be a cold one with breezy winds.

Friday:

Another cool day is in store for your Friday with abundant sunshine and breezy winds. Highs top out in the lower 50s.

Weekend:

A slight warm up looks to arrive as Saturday looks to be comfortable with mostly cloudy skies. Rain chances return for your Sunday morning, and these will. High temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 50s.

8 Day Forecast:

The new work week will feature below average temperatures. We may see rain and snow showers at times through midweek.
