Storms move out, cooler air moves in.

After a stormy Tuesday evening and overnight, some cooler and drier air moves in. However, the cool down is short-lived as the temperatures heat up into the upper 80s again by the weekend.

Late Tuesday evening our tower cameras were seeing rain and frequent lightning In Indianapolis.

There still could be some lighter showers left on the way to work or school Wednesday morning. Especially in southern Indiana.

The showers and the cold front that caused them will usher in some cooler and drier air for Wednesday. Not Fall-like, but at least average temperatures for the middle of September.

As the day goes on the weather pattern will dry out and become very pleasast by afternoon.

The near average temperatures only stay with us for a couple of days and then it heats up like summer by Friday and the weekend.
