INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We had a warm and humid day across central Indiana with a mix of sun and clouds.
A stray shower cannot be ruled out for parts of southern Indiana tonight. We will have decreasing clouds and a cooler overnight with lows dipping into the mid 60s.
Expect another warm and muggy day as we will receive more sunshine to end the work week. Skies will remain mostly clear through the afternoon hours. Highs top out in the mid 80s.
We will have a very warm and humid Saturday ahead with mostly sunny skies. High temperatures will reach the upper 80s to low 90s. Sunday looks to be even hotter with high temperatures in the low 90s with heat index values possibly in the triple digits. Rain chances will increase by Sunday night.

The new work week next week will kick off with the chance for several rounds of showers and storms on Monday. A cooling trend looks to work its way in the forecast through midweek as we begin to close out July.
