Summer heat to return
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We had a nice and warm summer day across central Indiana to end the work week.
Friday night:
We will have mostly clear skies tonight with temperatures remaining on the cooler side for the overnight hours. Lows will dip into the upper 50s to low 60s.
Saturday:
A comfortable start to the day is expected, but then we will warm into the mid 80s for the high temperatures. Enjoy a nice average summer day under mostly sunny skies.
Sunday:
The heat and humidity will return for our Sunday. Isolated showers and storms are possible during the afternoon hours. Highs top out in the upper 80s.
8 Day Forecast:
The active weather pattern will continue into the first portion of our new work week next week. We look to have a hot and humid Monday with highs near the 90° mark. Daily rain and storm chances are in place through at least next Thursday. High temperatures then look to fall to the low 80s by the end of the work week.
