INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — After ending the workweek on a warm and more humid note, we will bring in hot weather for the final weekend of the summer. Once we get through this weekend, rain chances are set to return with relief to follow.
Friday night: A warm night will be on tap under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies. Lows will only fall into the upper 60s.
Saturday: Prepare for a rather hot and humid afternoon after a warm start to your Saturday. Some areas could feel like the low 90s when you factor in the humidity. Highs will rise into the mid to upper 80s.
Sunday: The hot and humid weather trend will linger into our Sunday. Skies will remain mostly clear to partly cloudy. A stray shower cannot be ruled out during the second half of the day. Highs will climb into the upper 80s.
8-Day Forecast: As we enter the new workweek, be sure to have the rain gear handy as rain chances will increase. These rain chances will be accompanied by a cooldown with temperatures falling into the low 70s by Wednesday. The fall season begins on Wednesday, and we are looking at a nice taste of fall-like weather by then.
