Rain chances return, cooler Sunday afternoon

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Our streak of gorgeous weather finally comes to an end as changes arrive in the forecast tonight.

TONIGHT: Clouds increase. Showers and storms become likely, especially after midnight. There is a marginal (1/5) risk of severe weather as a line of storms should weaken on their approach to Indiana. Low temperatures dropping into the 50s.

TOMORROW: Scattered showers and a few storms mainly in the morning. Temperatures fall throughout the day. Highs in the early morning hours in the mid-60s with afternoon temperatures in the upper 40s.

MONDAY: Scattered showers and cooler. There could be a wintry mix in some spots in north-central Indiana. High temperatures in the mid-40s.

8-DAY FORECAST: The cooler air will be brief in central Indiana. High temperatures bounce back quickly into the 70s mid to late week. Our next chance of showers and storms will come on Friday.
