Freak Mythology kicks off summer tour in Indy
What a fun way to kick off a summer tour by performing on our show!
Funk pop rock band, Freak Mythology, embarks on their 15-show summer tour in Indianapolis tonight at The Melody Inn at 7 p.m.

The band consists of Brad Wehlitz (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Travis Hanna (Percussion), Ryan Shephard (Lead Guitar/Vocals), and Caroline Joseph (Vocals/Bass).
Freak Mythology released their self-titled debut album in April 2017, and UK Rock Blogger Pete Divine named it his best album of the year.
Freak Mythology performed “Haunting Me” and “Headed Out” ahead of tonight’s show, and both are featured on their first album.
Last August, Freak Mythology went on to place 1st in Cincinnati’s Next Big Band Competition and followed that up with another first place at the Madison Theater Band Challenge, which is one of the largest “battle of the bands” style competitions in the Midwest.
Touring is never cheap, so Freak Mythology has a Kickstarter campaign that you can donate to on their website. A rental van, gas, hotels, toll roads, food, and laundromats all pile up to make for an expensive trip throughout the Midwest and East coast, so Freak Mythology would love your help! Any of the funds not used on tour will go toward the recording costs of their sophomore album!
