How many push-ups can YOU do? Are you doing them the right way?

On today’s Indy Style, Firefighter Tim tells us push-ups have so many benefits, it’s hard to name them all; so here are just a few:

They build upper body, core strength along with endurance and boosting your metabolism. Push-ups are excuse free because they take no equipment and can be executed anywhere at almost anytime. One study from Harvard stated that if an adult male can preform 40 push-ups in a row, he is 96 percent lower risk to be diagnosed with heart disease.

Complete this 3 to 4 times a week
Step one:
Push-ups off a chair or bench work up to 10 to 15 then move to step 2
Step two: push-ups on your knees work to 10 to 15 now moved to you regularly push-up you should be good to go.
