30 years ago, John and Janelle had an affair that produced a love child and after decades of denial, John and his son finally have a great relationship, but Janelle is still hurt over those lost years. 

Janelle says John got her and another woman pregnant at the same time, while he was married! She struggled as a single mom because John was a deadbeat dad and now wants John to put his name on her son’s birth certificate, but he refuses because he thinks it’s a waste of money and Janelle is being too needy.
