Missing 12-year-old from Carmel found thanks to K9 bloodhound
Thanks to this furry friend, a missing 12-year-old in Carmel was found and returned to their family.
Deputy Neal Hoard and K9 Maudie joined us in the studio today! Hoard says the child was found inside an unlocked car, taken to emergency personnel, and returned to their home.
