Cool stretch with a soggy next couple days
A chilly start for some this morning with some spots sliding to the lower 50s! Sunshine will warm us really nicely this afternoon. Highs today still below the seasonal mark with highs expected to hit the upper 80s. Sun and clouds during the afternoon with an isolated shower chance. Tonight will be another cool one with lows in the lower 60s and upper 50s.
Sunday we have a better chance of scattered showers anytime during the day. Highs still on the cooler side topping out int he upper 70s and lower 80s. Monday will be another soggy and cooler day with scattered showers about the area with some turning strong to severe.
Highs will continue to run on the cooler side flirting with the 80° ,mark through the end of the month. We start the August on a soggy and cooler note. Highs by mid week climbing to the lower 80s.
Rain showers will stay in the forecast through next weekend but we are warming up by the end of the week! Highs are expected to return to near seasonal in the mid to upper 80s by the end of next week and early weekend.
