Man shot, found dead in parking lot on east side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One man is dead after an overnight shooting on the city’s east side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Just after 12:15 a.m. officers were called to a parking lot located at 6850 East 21st Street for a report of a person shot.
After arriving on the scene, IMPD found an adult male who was suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim, who has been identified as 22-year-old Marquise Lang, was pronounced dead on the scene.
No victim or suspect information has been released.
