Indy-based insurance company hiring 80 plus positions
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An ancillary insurance carrier of dental, vision, life and disability plans, announced a workforce expansion.
Renaissance is holding a hiring event Thursday to meet the workforce expansion needs. Candidates with customer service experience in a call center environment are urged to send their resume before the hiring event to humanresources@renaissancefamily.com.
The expansion creates 82 new openings, which includes 22 leadership positions and 60 customer service representative positions. The company will also move its 70 temporary staff to full-time positions.
The expanded workforce includes two Indianapolis locations, as well as a new office in Southport.
“This expansion is yet another indicator of the sustained, long-term investment we are making to assure that we can meet the increasing demand for ancillary insurance coverage,” Renaissance President Robert Mulligan said.
The event is Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 225 South East Street, Suite 360, in Indianapolis.
