Missing Richmond man located
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A statewide Silver Alert was issued early Tuesday morning for a missing Richmond man.
Indiana State Police say 79-year-old George W. Surber was last seen around 5 p.m. Monday in Richmond.
Surber’s son tells 24-Hour News 8 the missing man was found.
