Pharmacy provider Opens Indy hub

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — New Jersey-based PharmScript has opened a new shared services hub in Indianapolis. The company, which provides pharmacy services for long-term care and post-acute care facilities, says it chose Indy to support customers throughout the Midwest.

Financial details of the company’s investment in Indianapolis are not being disclosed. The company has hired Andy Deaton to serve as general manager of the facility.

The 10,000-square-foot hub includes a pharmacy with technology, customer service and billing teams under one roof. PharmScript would not say how many jobs are located at the facility.

“Being front and center for our facility partners is more important than ever. As we continue expanding our customer base in the Midwest, a service hub was a strategically sound next step,” said Justin Craigie, chief operating officer of PharmScript. “We’re proud of our leadership team there, and confident that this facility will greatly benefit our customers in the region by delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable pharmacy support.”

PharmScript also has shared services hubs in New Jersey and Texas.
