Storm chances through the holiday weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — It’s going to be quiet Wednesday night and a little muggy with partly cloudy skies. Lows will fall into the upper 60s.

More rain will arrive by early Thursday morning. Be sure to keep the umbrella handy for the morning commute to work. Strong to severe storms are possible with strong winds and heavy downpours.

Showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible on and off during the day Thursday. There’s a small chance an isolated thunderstorm may reach severe criteria.

It’s going to be warm and muggy with highs in the lower 80s.

It will be another damp start to your Friday morning. Showers will come to an end by Friday afternoon and temperatures will begin to climb. Look for highs in the upper 80s.

This weekend looks unsettled with several chances for showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low 80s for both Saturday and Sunday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue for Memorial Day too with highs near 80.
