Teen with AK-47, 244 Xanax pills arrested
PERU, Ind. (WISH) – A traffic stop ended in arrest Saturday morning.
Indiana State Trooper Chuck Meyer pulled Bristol teen Kenneth Long over on U.S. 31 at 10:50 a.m. for reportedly traveling 20 miles per hour over the speed limit.
The stop revealed Long had an AK-47 with 37 bullets, 244 Xanax pills, drug paraphernalia, $1,978 and a Halloween mask, according to Indiana State Police.
Long faces criminal charges for possession of marijuana, dealing a schedule IV narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.
