Video: Will Ferrell throws ball at woman while filming

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Actor Will Ferrell made quite a scene this week while he and other actors filmed part of a movie during halftime of an NBA game.

Ferrell went to New Orleans to film a scene from his upcoming film “Daddy’s Home” during the Pelicans game. Many people in the crowd took out their cell phones to record the moment.

The scene included Ferrell pelting a basketball at the head of a cheerleader, prompting an audible crowd reaction. As part of the scene, Ferrell is eventually carried off the court by security.
