And for memberships, there are options with no contracts or enrollment fees. Also accepted are PRIME, Healthwise and SilverSneakers memberships.
Monica and Brenda tell us they also like to offer other programs to their members outside of just fitness classes. In January, they partnered with Hendricks Regional Health Hospital and offer a FREE nutritional one-on-one session with a licensed dietitian to members, along with health and fitness lectures. Another program coming back this winter is their Youth Speed and Agility Training Camps with Coach Grant Cameron from Top Flite Performance. They also have some Fitness Challenges coming up in January for members to participate in.
What makes Hoosier Trainer different from other gyms is that we are a Fitness Family. We encourage our members and support their fitness goals while having fun working out. We welcome everyone that comes in the door!”
