Grand opening of first Indiana Capriotti’s location

o Founded in 1976, Capriotti’s is best known for their 40 year tradition of slow-roasting whole, all natural turkeys in-house every day to contribute to its signature sub sandwiches

o Their new location is officially open to the public now, but we’re formally celebrating Capriotti’s first location in Castleton with a grand opening celebration on Saturday, April 22

o On this day, the first 100 guests in line will receive FREE 9-inch Bobbies for a year

o The Bobbie, the brand’s most popular sub, is made with slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and a hint of mayo on a freshly baked roll

o Other fan favorites include the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and cole slaw or the Italian, made with genoa salami, Capicola ham and prosciuttini, among others

o Capriotti’s Castleton is located at 5320 E 82nd St., Suite 105, Castleton, IN 46250

 And we’re open Monday – Saturday from 10am to 9pm, and 10am to 8pm on Sundays

o Capriotti’s also has an array of catering options to bring home
