Pet safety tips for the Easter holiday

• Cat owners should avoid bringing Easter lilies into the home as they are toxic to cats.
• Keep Easter candy away from the pets.
• Too much Easter ham can cause pancreatitis.
• This time of year, many people find it appealing to purchase baby chicks, ducks, or even rabbits. Before doing so, take the time to research and find out what care these pets will need. When you bring one of these babies home, you are committing to a 8 to 20 year commitment of caring for that animal
