Petit Regal Bakery shares how macarons are made

We had a taste of French Macaron’s in the kitchen today. Troy Pereira, owner/founder of Petit Regal Bakery joined us today to share how macarons are made. He says these cookies are lightly crisp on the outside and soft in the center. Here’s more from them:

  • Started in December 2020
  • Also, sells baguettes, chiffon, fruit sandwiches
  • Connecting with different farmers markets sell our delicious macarons

Where to find them:

  • Currently at 65th and Binford Market from 8 am to Noon every Saturday
  • 12th and Arsenal at the Farmer and Flea Market from 12:30 pm to 4 pm every Saturday
  • Black Circle Brewing Co. for the SoBro Farmers Market from 4 pm to 7 pm every Wednesday
