STRONG is the new skinny!  Succeeding with weight loss and fitness goals by shifting the focus from skinny to STRONG.

–Start with a check up…Have you fallen off the fitness wagon and given up on New Year’s resolutions? If so, don’t worry. You’re not alone (give quick simple stats on how many people have already gone off track). There is hope!

–Before you leave the house pack a goodie bag (water, oatmeal, healthy snacks)

–Keep an extra gym bag and keep it in your car.

–da…da…da…da…the scale. Something everyone should attach to their scale immediately.An upcoming Indianapolis family fitness event.

Family Zumba and Hip Hop! – open to the entire community.

Sunday, February 15th, 1:30-2:30 Zumba; 2:45-3:45 Hip hop

Kids ages 9 and up with a parent or guardian

You can attend one class or both,

$15 donation covers a family of 4 for the entire event

It’s going to fun and an amazing workout!!!!

All proceeds go the YMCA annual campaign helping families in our community.
