Andrew Luck looks to remain undefeated against Tennessee

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Here’s a fact some may not realize. Quarterback Andrew Luck holds a 9-0 career record against the Titans. That’s right. Tennessee has never figured out how to beat number 12.

“You learn quickly in this league, what’s happened has happened. Good, bad, ugly it doesn’t matter, it has no bearing on this game, (in) 2018, between two good division teams,” said Andrew Luck.

“It’s a big step and against a good opponent, so we really are locking in one week at a time, digging ourselves out of this hole,” said Frank Reich.

The Colts o-line has gone four straight games now without allowing a sack on Andrew Luck. So why all of the sudden has this group seemed to have finally clicked?

“Well I think it really all started when we started running the ball really well. It’s kinda sucked that right after the Oakland game we went to a bye week because those bye weeks can just be so long and really that’s what it’s come down to, running the ball. I think that there’s a few games in there, I think  Houston and the Patriots we threw the ball between those games about 130 times, that’s not a very efficient way to win, so running the ball has obviously been a huge part of that,” said Ryan Kelly.

“I think some of it’s just playing together, I think another thing is getting Castonzo back in the lineup, that’s big. Any time you’ve got a left tackle the caliber of Anthony Castonzo, there’s a lot of things you can do in protection when you feel like you’ve got the left side pretty much locked down,” said Reich.

Two records to watch this week: Will Andrew Luck continue his undefeated streak against the Titans? Will the Colts continue their sack-less streak?

We find out Sunday.
