Cool and dry until rain returns Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Comfortable conditions this weekend, but rain and warmer temperatures will return.

TONIGHT: A few isolated to scattered storms will accompany a cold front as it passes through this evening.

These storms will move out of the state by midnight, with clearing conditions into tomorrow morning. The overnight low will be 62°.  Some outlying areas should fall into the upper 50s.

FRIDAY: A beautiful and sunny day planned for tomorrow with comfortable conditions to start off the morning.

It’ll be a great day to be outdoors with dry and clear conditions and high temperatures in the upper 70s, which is much below the average of 85° for this time of year. The low will be 60°.

WEEKEND: Saturday will be similar to Friday with partly cloudy skies and a high of 80°. Below average temperatures will continue through Sunday, but scattered storm chances return as well.

8-DAY FORECAST: Cooler temps and rain chances will be the trend for the first half of the work week.

Scattered storms through Wednesday with drier conditions by the end of the week. We will return to normal temperatures on Thursday and Friday with a high of 85°.
