INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – With school back in full swing, parents may start feeling like life has become an overwhelming juggling act.
Kristi Howard-Shultz, an Indy Moms Blog contributor, stopped by Daybreak Wednesday.
She explained what moms and dads can do to make sure they don’t get burned out.
Some of what she discussed were the stressors that parents commonly face, setting boundaries and why it’s important to set boundaries.
