Nice Wednesday with possible winter weather Friday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A chilly Wednesday morning with temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s with a cloudy sky. Clouds will begin to decrease during the day allowing for lots of sunshine for the afternoon! Highs will warm to the upper 50s to near 60°. Skies will stay clear Wednesday night with lows falling to the lower 40s.

Thursday will be a great day with highs warming to the upper 60s with increasing clouds through the afternoon. Showers will move in after midnight and will stick around through the entire day Friday. Highs will struggle to warm to the lower 50s. There could be a snowflake or two mixed in with most spots seeing a chilly rain.

Temperatures don’t make much of a rebound this weekend. Expect a frosty start Saturday morning with highs making a slow rebound to the mid-50s with a partly sunny sky. Mother’s Day will be slightly warmer with highs in the upper 50s with a few afternoon showers.

Next week will be another cool start with highs in the lower 60s. Next chance for rain arrives mid to late week with highs warming to the upper 60s.
