Pet Pals: Turboroo, a dog with special needs
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Patty Spitler discussed animals with special needs on Thursday.
Patty brought special guest Ashley Looper, who owns Turboroo, a special needs chihuahua. Turboroo is missing his front two legs, so he needs a special device with wheels to get around by himself.
