Scattered storms today with more rain this week

A great start to the morning with temperatures starting in the upper 50s and lower 60s with partly sunny skies. Clouds begin to spread in during late morning and early afternoon with shower and storm chances increasing through the day. We’re not expecting severe weather for today. High temperatures for this afternoon still on the cool side but manage to top out in the lower 80s. Scattered showers slide in a little closer to dinner time tonight. Showers and storms will hang around throughout the overnight hours with lows falling to the mid 60s. 

Indianapolis (WISH) 

Monday will be a soggy start to the work week with showers possible for the morning commute. A brief break during the afternoon with a second batch of showers and storms during the late afternoon and evening. A marginal Risk for severe weather in SE parts of the state during the later half of the day with damaging winds and large hail as the main threats. Showers should fizzle out closer to midnight with the severe threat greatly diminishing overnight. Highs for Tuesday will top out in the upper 70s. 

Still cool for Tuesday with showers for the day. No severe weather expected. Scattered showers will continue through the day with temperatures on the cooler side only topping out in the upper 70s.

Showers will fizzle out by the end of the week and temperatures will start to gradually warm up. to the middle 80s. Shower chance remain isolated by the end of the week.
