Showers and storms expected Saturday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Rain, with a few thunderstorms will be possible for much of the daylight hours Saturday.

There is a marginal and slight risk for severe storms south of Indianapolis, including Terre Haute, Bloomington, Columbus, Bedford and Seymour.  Damaging winds and large hail will be the main concern with any strong storm the develops today.

Steady, chilly rain – with a few thunderstorms is expected for the rest of central Indiana.  Showers will begin to wrap up by mid-evening. Sunday the sun will return with slightly warmer temperatures.

Most of central Indiana could see up to 1.0″ of rainfall, Saturday.
