PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Four people were taken to the hospital after their SUV rolled over multiple times on I-70 Sunday.
According to Indiana State Police, Thomas Rice, of Missouri, was heading west on Interstate 70 when he lost control of his SUV near mile marker 37.
Police say the driver hit an icy patch and the vehicle then proceeded to roll over at least three times.
ISP said everyone was wearing seat belts except for passenger, Debra Rice.
All passengers were taken to Putnam County Hospital and treated for lacerations and abrasions.
Police are investigating the crash.
