‘UnPHILtered’: Final curtain call for Upon This Rock passion play
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The longest-running African-American Easter play is coming to an end this year.
It’s called a passion play. It’s been taking place in Indianapolis for 40 years.
Dr. Varon Cantrell, a member of the Christian theater company Upon This Rock Productions, talked with News 8 anchor Phil Sanchez on Tuesday night in the latest “UnPHILtered” on News 8 at 11 p.m.
