Warm and humid to end the workweek
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We continued our warm and muggy trend through our Thursday with slow moving hit and miss showers and storms.
Thursday night: Spotty showers and storms will remain possible this evening. Activity will diminish after sunset. Lows will only bottom out in the upper 60s to 70s. Areas of fog are expected to develop overnight.
Friday: A hot and humid end to the workweek will be on deck for us. Most of the day is expected to be dry with the exception of a few isolated afternoon showers. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 80s.
Weekend: A better shot for rain and storms will enter the picture for Saturday with scattered development during the day. The activity moves out for Sunday, paving way for a hot afternoon. Highs will rise into the upper 80s for Saturday and Sunday.
8 Day Forecast: We look to get off to a hot and muggy start to the new workweek next week with highs in the low 90s. Additional storm chances are in place for next Tuesday and Wednesday. The summer heat and humidity looks to linger throughout all of next week.
