INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We are looking at a wet Wednesday on the horizon after some sunshine returned for our Tuesday.
Tuesday night: Skies will remain cloudy overnight with snow showers and mixed precipitation possible for northern Indiana.
Central Indiana will remain relatively dry tonight as lows will dip into the low 30s.
Wednesday: Have the rain gear ready as a wet Wednesday is in store for us.
Rain looks to change over to mixed precipitation and even some snow Wednesday night.
Highs will surge into the upper 40s with winds staying breezy.
New Year’s Eve: The chance for mixed precipitation will continue through early Thursday morning before sunrise. We will then briefly dry out before more rain begins moving back in from the south by the end of Thursday.
Highs will only top out in the upper 30s to low 40s.
8 Day Forecast: As rain moves back into the state going into New Year’s Day, there is another possibility for mixed precipitation in the morning hours. Rain will then continue throughout New Year’s Day before we quiet things down for the weekend. High temperatures will be on a bit of a roller coaster from Friday through midweek next week.
