Community Link: Engaging Solutions

Engaging Solutions is a company in Indianapolis that engages with their clients to create effective solutions for specific business challenges. Tammy Renee Butler, who is one of the managing principals at Engaging Solutions, stopped by the Daybreak Studios to talk more about what the management consulting firm has to offer.

“We help companies be able to make sure that their finances are in order,” said Butler. “We help them with their customer relations. We help them with controlling their systems. And then we also do community engagement as well.”

Butler also discussed the ways her diverse team is working to help clients through the current public health crisis as well as the country’s ongoing fight for racial justice.
