5-year-old boy dies after 2-car crash
TRAFALGAR, Ind. (WISH) — A 5-year-old boy has died after a Sunday morning crash in Johnson County.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. Sunday on State Road 252 at County Road 150 West in the Trafalgar area.
According to police, a Pontiac pulled into the path of a Buick traveling east on State Road 252.
Two people in the Pontiac, the driver and a 5-year-old boy, were transported to the hospital. The boy was initially in serious condition, according to Johnson County Sheriff Doug Cox, but died Sunday afternoon.
According to the accident report provided by the sheriff, neither driver could recall what happened in the crash.
