Bloomington man arrested for attempted murder
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — An 18-year-old Bloomington man faces felony charges after being accused of shooting a man.
Police say Zion Conner shot at another man in a car.
They say it happened Monday night near West 12th Street and North Lindbergh Drive.
No word on what sparked the shooting.
After being shot, the victim drove through a grassy area in an attempt to get away. He then struck a utility pole and a parked car.
When police arrested Conner, they found and seized three handguns.
He faces preliminary charges of attempted murder and criminal recklessness. Both charges are felonies.
