Construction closes one of Carmel’s busiest intersections
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Construction on a new roundabout begins Monday at one of the most congested intersections in Carmel.
The project at Range Line Road and Carmel Drive will take approximately three months.
Traffic heading westbound on Carmel Drive will be routed north on Keystone Parkway, west on Main Street, south on Guilford to 116th Street.
Traffic traveling eastbound on Carmel Drive will be routed south on Guilford to 116th Street.
Traffic moving southbound on Range Line Road will be routed east on Main Street, south on Keystone Parkway, west on 116th street and back to Range Line Road.
Northbound traffic on Range Line Road will be routed east on 116th Street, north on Keystone Parkway, west on Main Street and back to Range Line Road.
Businesses in the area will remain open during the project, that includes a new roundabout, new curbs and new sidewalks.
