INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — 2015 went down as one of the most violent years in Indianapolis in the past decade.

The city has crime cameras, but are they working to help catch criminals?

24-Hour News 8’s Julian Grace found one city where residents and businesses are putting up their own cash to place police-monitored cameras on the streets.

Some may call it Big Brother, but others say it works.
