Indiana revenge porn bill heads to governor’s desk

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indiana House of Representatives on Monday passed the so-called revenge porn bill.

Revenge porn is when two people in a relationship send pictures to each other. Later, after a break-up, those embarassing pictures get posted online.

The bill allows victims to sue for up to $10,000 in damages.

The Senate had already passed the bill. It now heads to the governor’s desk for his signature.
