Hoosier companies among ‘Healthiest 100 Workplaces’
CARMEL, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — Five central Indiana companies are included in the 2021 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America list from Healthiest Employers and Indianapolis-based Springbuk. The list recognizes “organizations that are demonstrating care for their people by investing in health and well-being solutions and initiatives.”
Carmel-based CNO Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: CNO) tops this year’s list, followed by Lebanon-based Witham Health Services at No. 5, MJ Insurance in Carmel at No. 50, Indianapolis-based OneAmerica at No. 53 and Anthem Inc. (NYSE: ANTM) in Indy at No. 87.
“We are proud to be ranked first on the 2021 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America,” Yvonne Franzese, chief human resources officer for CNO Financial Group, said in a news release. “Focusing on our associates’ health and well-being has long been a priority for CNO, and we will continue to provide the support and resources our associates need to succeed professionally, serve our customers, and achieve their health goals.”
The top five companies on the list are rounded out by New York-based Northwell Health, Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, and Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL).
