Carmel PD find missing man safe

UPDATE: Police in Carmel have found a man who had been missing since Saturday morning. Police say Eugene Arrington, 55, was located safe.

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — The Carmel Police Department is seeking help to find a missing man who is deaf and does not communicate verbally.

Eugene Arrington, 55, has been missing since 11 a.m. Saturday, according to police, and is described as 180 pounds and 5-feet-10, bald with brown eyes, wearing a black jacket and black jeans. He walks with a cane, is deaf and does not communicate verbally or use written communication, police said.

Arrington is missing from the 700 block of East 116th Street, which is where he was last seen, police said.
