Details announced for Blue Angels, National Guard flyovers of Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — New details were released Sunday about plans for the Blue Angels to fly over Indianapolis.
The air team is tentatively scheduled to fly over the city Wednesday, according to Lawrence Fire Department.
Then on Thursday, the Indiana Air National Guard will fly over Indy. This is all being planned as a special honor for health care workers fighting the coronavirus.
The Indiana National Guard will start on the south side and circle over the city. They plan to start flying around 10:45 a.m. but times could change.
