INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The tradition of spring cleaning does not have to just mean closets and garages.
Sprucing up the pantry and lifestyles can also be included.
Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, was on Daybreak Monday.
She discussed some steps to clean up that pantry, what items can be tossed in order to help achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Some of what she suggests throwing out are expired items and products with trans-fat and added sugar.
