Managing holiday stress

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The holidays can be a stressful time for many people.

There can be a lot of pressure, maybe it’s the first holiday without a loved one or it could be time spent with loved ones you don’t see that often.

Whatever the case, the holidays, while they are generally a fun, memorable time, can cause anxiety or depression.

Dr. Danielle Henderson, from IU Health, stopped by Daybreak.

She talked about ways to manage those feelings of stress.
