New video gives another look at weekend shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Four people were injured in a downtown shooting over the weekend, including three teenagers.
News 8’s Randall Newsome has a new video, providing another look at that shooting.
What started out as a brawl ended with bullets flying and one of those people hit has his phone recording the entire time.
Now, his grandmother has shared that video and she believes it can spark change.
