Richmond Hill suspect Mark Leonard in court Friday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One of the suspects in the Richmond Hill explosion will appear in court Friday. Mark Leonard faces a judge Friday afternoon in Marion County.

His hearing comes the same day a judge is expected to move Mark Leonard’s half-brother’s trial to Allen County, sources have told I-Team 8.

Prosecutors agreed to drop their objection to moving Bob Leonard’s trial last year after Mark Leonard’s case was moved to St. Joseph County.

The Leonards are accused along with Monserrate Shirley and Gary Thompson of setting the explosion at Richmond Hill that killed Dion and Jennifer Longworth and damaged or destroyed more than 80 homes.
