‘Suspicious package’ near IUPUI turns out to be a typewriter
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis alerted students to a “situation” east of campus that turned out to be a typewriter.
IUPUI tweeted about a “situation” near New York and Blackford streets.
Officials say the investigation was regarding a suspicious package. The package turned out to be a typewriter.
New York Street was closed from West Street to University Boulevard.
